It was a very exhaustive process, including a psychometric assessment. It started with a telephonic round, then went into two rounds focused on the functional aspects of the role, followed by an HR round. After that, they asked for my salary documents and references. The offer was contingent on background verification and a pre-employment health check.
The interviewer was really nice and knew their stuff. They were cool about my schedule and genuinely cared about what I'm interested in and if this job would help me out. We chatted about our backgrounds, what the company does, and how I could fit in. Then they showed me around the building and I met some of the people I'd be working with.
The hiring process was handled entirely by a third-party company. There was a final interview with the area's coordinator and controller, mainly to get to know me better and learn about my experience.
