I was contacted and asked to complete some simple assessments and a video interview. Then, I had an interview with HR, and a week later, an interview with management. Everything seemed fine up to that point, but there was no follow-up afterward, and I experienced ghosting.

So like for every 100 ppl that apply, maybe 10 to 20 percent will get past the resume screen. Then, of those ppl, like 30 to 50 percent get invited back for a second interview. So that's like 3 to 10 ppl from the initial 100. And then in the end, only 1 or 2 ppl get the offer.

It started with an automated process, then I spoke with recruiters and the hiring managers. After that, there were more assessments before a decision was made. A few other people were involved, but they were all trying to understand my skills and thought process from their own perspectives to ensure a good cultural fit.
