I went through 4 rounds of interviews that all went extremely well. I received positive feedback and communication along the way. Suddenly, I was ghosted and finally I had to reach back out to the recruiter to be told they were going in another direction.

The process involved talking with the recruiter and several leaders. I went through four interviews and got good feedback each time. However, after a period of silence, I was ultimately rejected without any specific reasons or advice on how to improve.

I've interviewed for many Executive Director roles, and while Aledade's work is known for high quality and is admirable, their interview process is unfortunately very drawn out for the pay and level of the job. It was a draining 7 rounds, about 6 hours of work time spread over several weeks, and ultimately led to no offer.
