Aledade Analyst interviews, decoded.

I was contacted and we set up the interview over the phone. It was very brief and good. They were very professional, articulate and kind. They made me understand the role clearly and they answered all my questions.

The interview process was very drawn out and confusing, with the recruiter not being clear about the stages initially. It involved a phone interview, a manager interview, a department VP interview, a D&I interview, and a colleague/coworker interview. Despite receiving positive feedback throughout, I was ultimately rejected a week after the fifth interview. The questions asked were basic.

Had four 30 minute interviews with people from the performance/field team. They explained why they asked questions and how they related to the job description. The questions were thoughtful and intentional, and the conversations were very conversational!
