Candidate-reported interview process

the interviewer was very arrogant and irritated that she had to take my interview, she was very disrespectful and rude while talking and did not even bother to answer my question which i had about the company. overall a terrible experience.

After an initial phone screen, I met with the manager and lead. It was tough, but fair. They aren't looking for someone who knows everything, just someone who is eager to learn and grow. They want people who can take initiative and are keen to develop new skills.

The interview process involved the same questions for every job I have worked. It was an unpleasant experience to drive and do an in person interview only to never hear back. I had to email the director of HR multiple times for a response. My general feedback is if an employee takes the time to interview with you, have the courtesy or a process to provide post interview follow-up.
