Candidate-reported interview process

The process was quick and effective, with two interviews and very fast responses. It was a simple and easy process overall, though this can vary by department. This specific department was very responsive and aimed to make me feel comfortable so they could get to know me.

First, I had a call with HR, which went well. The next day, they sent me an Excel test. After that, I had a direct interview with the manager, which was straightforward and job-related.

So there were 3 rounds in total. The first one was with the recruiter and they just talked about the job and the company. Then the second round was with two managers and they went into more detail about what the job actually involves. The last round was with the manager of the team I'd be joining.
