Candidate-reported interview process

It was a normal interview with questions like telling us about yourself, what your strengths and weaknesses are, and also situational questions. It was a relaxed and light interview, which made the process very nice. The manager was very encouraging and I could tell she truly wanted the candidates to succeed.

I went in and asked if they were hiring and gave them my resume. They asked me to wait for the manager to get back from their break and then I had an interview outside the store.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and they got back to me in a good amount of time. First, I had a phone call where we talked about my background. Then, there was another phase where they wanted to know more about my skills and what I've done before.
