The interview process wasn't really planned out. The first interview was with the stock manager. They had a notebook sheet with some questions written on it. Even though the stock manager was a good boss and worked hard, that initial impression pretty much captured what it was like to work there.
It wasn't much of a process. The manager just asked me about my previous work history, my motivations for wanting to join the company, and my ideas for improving the store or business. It really didn't feel like a formal interview, more like getting acquainted with a future teammate for a class project.
It was nice and standard, very to the point. The staff makes the work environment interesting. If you like sales you will have fun, and it's great if you are looking for a part-time role only. But don't come here for career development.
