Candidate-reported interview process

Had 3 interviews. The first was a 30-minute phone call with HR. Then there were 2 on-site interviews, each an hour long, with the manager and a senior analyst. The whole thing took about 2 months, and I was notified of the final result after that.

It was a really chill interview, and they asked some basic stuff like why you'd want to work at Aldo, what your future plans are, and where you see yourself in the next 3-5 years. They also asked if you have excellent knowledge.

The interviews happened 3 weeks after the initial screening. The first interview was 2.5 hours long, and after that there was a 20-minute Excel test. Then, another interview was scheduled with the senior managers.
