I applied on Indeed and got an email and text to set up a 15-min phone call as a first step. Then, I got a text to schedule an online interview. I picked a time that worked for me. Later, I got a response with the address for the interview. The interview went really well, and the people were very nice.
The interviewer spent time discussing weird intern games like rock/paper/scissors for big money. It felt a bit like a cult or pyramid scheme. The questions were pretty normal, but I didn't hear back from them.
I met with 2 other candidates, and we got a briefing on what the job requires. The interview felt a bit awkward. I got an offer after just one interview, which was pretty informal, so I decided not to go further.
