The interview process was straightforward. I converted to a full-time role from an internship and went through a series of in-person interviews with the hiring manager and an interview panel. The last interview was with HR.
The hiring process was pretty quick. It started with two phone interviews, which acted as initial screenings. After that, I had a face-to-face panel interview. They asked typical behavioral questions, and no case studies were involved. The in-person interview was about an hour long, and I got feedback within a week, which was fast.
The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates, and making a hire.
