Candidate-reported interview process

The whole process took about 2 months, which is quite long. However, the hiring manager was really great. They had a really interactive interviewing style and always kept me in the loop about where things stood. I didn't have to do a presentation, though I heard that many managers require you to sell an organic wine.

You'll get time to work on a case study and then present your findings to the National Sales Manager and HR. They'll introduce themselves before you do your own intro. The whole thing takes about 2 hours and it was a really nice vibe.

First, a phone interview with HR (sanity check), then the second round with HR & Line Managers, and then present a developed business case. Spontaneous role-play about potential customer conversations with the products. Language skills are tested.
