Candidate-reported interview process

There were two rounds for the interview process, a phone interview and an in-person one. After the phone screening, I was invited for an in-person interview the following week. The in-person interview was 45 minutes long. After the interview, the hiring manager showed me around to meet her team and see the labs to give me an idea of their work.

I had a tour of the plant and interviewed with 4 people. They asked about my educational and work experience, along with behavioral questions and some about quality regulations.

Applied via the Novartis application portal, and after waiting over two months, I got invited for an interview. The interview itself was nice and relaxed. It was with someone from the department, the QM lead, and the HR person in charge. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly and polite. The whole thing lasted an hour. They said a decision would be made in three weeks. I followed up myself, and after more than six weeks, I got an email saying no.
