Candidate-reported interview process

I went through 3 rounds of interviews, each lasting about an hour. Then there was a salary negotiation. The first interview was with my direct manager and a team member, mostly asking questions about my previous work. The second interview was with another peer manager. Finally, there was an HR round.

It was a few stages. I first talked to HR, then the hiring manager, and then the regional lead team. They were nice and understanding, but seemed pretty busy.

It was an easy interview process, and the recruiter was great and very helpful. I got quick answers to all my questions. The interview itself was a little intimidating, but manageable. The whole thing took about 3 to 4 weeks.
