Alcon Manager interviews, decoded.

I applied through LinkedIn and went through 2 phone interviews. After that, I had a Skype interview and then a final in-person interview. The whole process took a long time, and I was worried about getting the offer because it had been so long since my last interview. But, I got the offer confirmation about 1.5 months after the interview.

My experience was pretty strange. A recruiter reached out six months after I applied, and I'd honestly forgotten about it. After a bunch of phone chats, I flew to Ft Worth for a full day of interviews. They handled the travel stuff okay, but it was weird they didn't mention I'd have to pay for the hotel upfront and wait for reimbursement. Then, radio silence for almost two weeks, which felt really unprofessional.

This was a really smooth hiring process, and I enjoyed speaking with everyone involved. I received a job offer shortly after starting the interviews. The process was quite straightforward.
