Candidate-reported interview process
Had two rounds for the internship. First was a chat with the recruiter, pretty behavioral. Second one was with the hiring manager, that one was more technical.
First, I filled out an online application. Then, there was a phone interview where I had to introduce myself. After that, I took a test covering inductive reasoning, numerical skills, and math problems. This was followed by a personal interview and then a technical interview.
It was a 3 round interview process. The first round was a chat with HR about basic stuff. The second round, I spoke with the Hiring Manager, and they asked me behavioral and situational questions. The third round was with the Director, it was a pretty chill conversation just to see if I was a good fit.
