Candidate-reported interview process

I was first contacted by an Alcon recruiter. The process then became quite slow and a bit disorganized. They asked if I could start earlier to avoid the holiday rush, which I did. However, after I started earlier, everyone left, and I was left unsure about my job status or next steps. I was unhappy about being left in that position after rushing to join. Despite this, my interview with the manager went very well.

Just a normal chat with the recruiter. It felt comfortable, and it was mainly to get to know me. No technical questions came up, and everything seemed positive. It was just the initial contact.

The initial interviews were conducted virtually, but we experienced some technical hiccups with WebEx that caused a reschedule. The second attempt went smoothly. I also had a brief WiFi interruption but quickly rejoined using my phone. The final interview was held in person at the LF office and was successful.
