Alcon Engineer interviews, decoded.

It was a 3 round interview process. First was an HR phone screening, second a hiring manager phone interview, and third an on-campus interview that lasted all afternoon with the manager and senior engineers.

The interview process was super professional and went really smoothly. I heard back within a week after my first virtual interview with an HR Partner and the Global Head for MS&T. Alcon was really accommodating with my schedule, arranging transportation and accommodation for me to visit their HQ. The second interview involved meeting with four different company leaders, a tour of the facilities, and lunch. The whole thing lasted about 6 hours. I was impressed with how they treated me, their professionalism, and their clear dedication to the company's mission.
