Candidate-reported interview process

I had a quick interview process with a consultancy, completing two rounds in a single week, and it all went smoothly. The first round was with a manager from the US, who was friendly and conversational, and he thought I was a good fit. The second round was with the head of the department. They barely spoke, just asking if I understood what I was getting into. After that, there was silence for weeks. I followed up many times, and eventually found out I was rejected with no feedback whatsoever.

The interview process for this intern position involved skipping the usual behavioral questions and going straight into a one-hour technical interview over the phone. Unfortunately, I didn't pass this stage, and since it was the only interview, that was the end of the process. It was a difficult technical interview.

So, the interview had two rounds that were technical, and then one HR interview after that.
