Applied for the job online. An HR person from the company called me. We had a phone interview for about an hour. They then sent my resume to the company. The next week, I had a face-to-face interview with the company's HR. It was a very business-focused discussion, almost robotic and cold, but it did seem professional.
I had 4 interviews in total. First, a pre-interview with HR. Then I met with my line manager and HR to discuss my CV, where I had to provide practical examples from my experience. After that, there were 2 more interviews: one technical interview, and a final closing interview with my manager to make sure I fit in with the team's dynamic.
This was for an entry-level position mostly looking for people fresh out of college. After the standard tells me about yourself the interviewer then spends 30-40 minutes describing the position and the technologies used. He would occasionally ask me if I had any questions.
