The interview process was pretty moderate to easy. It covered basic programming language concepts and SQL, drawing from what was mentioned on the resume. There was also an HR-type component.
The interview process is how employers check if you're a good fit for a job. It usually starts with sending in your application, then they might give you a quick look over, followed by interviews (could be phone, video, or in person). Sometimes they'll have you do tests or check your background. The goal is to see if you have the right skills, experience, and personality, and if you'll vibe with the company culture.
The process felt a bit racist and they didn't seem interested in my ideas for the company. They focused a lot on questions about where I'm from. I also didn't get enough information about the job to decide if I wanted it.
