Candidate-reported interview process

I had a phone call first, with a simple logical math problem. After that, I had three in-person interviews with the team I'd be working with. A total of 6 people interviewed me across these three interviews, not counting the phone call. They said they'd reply within a week, and they did.

I went to a university job fair and talked to a recruiter, gave them my resume, and then applied online a day later. About 2 months after that, I got a phone call where I had to answer some quick behavioral questions. Then, they asked me to come to their corporate office in Pittsburgh for 4 interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. I didn't get an offer for the Pittsburgh job, but they did offer me a similar internship at a different location in Indiana.

A manager initiates contact for an initial phone interview, covering resume points. If successful, an onsite interview follows with four people: one HR representative and three colleagues. The process can take about 1.5 months due to scheduling and coordination challenges with HR. The HR interview focuses on behavioral questions, while the other three interviewers may ask resume-related questions. In my experience, I encountered replacement interviewers who seemed unaware I was interviewing for an entry-level role and presented me with many hypothetical 'what if' scenarios.
