The interview experience was pretty good overall. The engineers I spoke with were friendly and asked about my education and previous work history. Since I just graduated, they wanted to know about my coursework that might be useful to the team.
The recruiter asked some behavior questions. It was my first interview so I wasn't prepared at all. It was a chill interview and the recruiter was friendly.
I applied online and HR reached out by email for a quick chat. We talked the next day, and then they set up an interview with the hiring manager for the following week. After talking with HR and the hiring manager over the phone, I got an email that same night to come in for an onsite interview a week later. On the interview day, we watched a safety and security video, then went on a plant tour. After about an hour on the tour, I had a panel interview with 4 people. Right after the interview, they called me the next day to extend an offer. The offer details came in an email two days later, and I had a week to decide. I signed the offer and emailed it back to HR.
