The interview process included a phone screening and then an in-person interview. It was a very relaxed and low-pressure environment. The interviewer was really respectful and friendly, and they gave me plenty of time to think about each question. It was a good experience overall, and I'd recommend it.
I had an interview with the plant managers. We started with an introduction about career profiles and future projections. Each manager could ask questions. Then there was a surprise question about safety in a factory environment, asking how I would contribute to a safe workplace.
There were multiple stages. The last one was a video call with managers. The video call was collective with candidates from other areas, and they asked us to do a group activity.
