First, I had a quick phone chat to set up the next interview, which was about a week later. During that call, they explained what they do and asked a few basic questions about my resume, plus the standard 'tell me about yourself'.

It was a typical interview back in June 2012, held at the office for Alcoa Fastening Systems, for a business analyst internship. They asked the usual behavioral questions. The company is looking for people who are motivated and proactive because management is often swamped.
