Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was super easy and direct. They asked basic questions and the whole thing was really quick. The person interviewing me was really nice and easy to chat with. They gave me the job offer right after we finished talking.

The interviewer, Tyler Cook, was friendly and listened to my responses enthusiastically. He explained what working at Alchemy would entail and gave me a chance to ask questions.

The interview was really laid-back and the person interviewing me was nice. It was quick, only about 5 minutes, and the questions weren't tough. One question they asked was 'Why do you want to work at Alchemy Tuition/be a tutor?', which I think is a pretty standard question.
