Candidate-reported interview process

the interview was kinda led by students, like the university students had a lot of say in it. they would ask questions and we'd either chat over zoom or go out to lunch with them. then, i met with some professional staff. the students who interviewed me had to fill out a form rating me and saying if i was hireable.

It was a straightforward interview that included many questions about you, alongside general inquiries regarding education, your motivation for becoming a tutor, and your prior experience.

It was a fast process. I had a panel interview with department members where we talked about my skills and experience. I also had to submit a writing sample. Then there was a follow-up interview with the department chair. They were really good at responding and setting up meetings quickly.
