The interview process was structured, and everyone I spoke with was really nice and humble. They were genuinely interested in getting to know me and understanding my motivation for wanting to work at Albertsons. It seemed like a great team with a great group of people.

This was one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed candidate experiences I've ever encountered. Basically, an offer was extended via email, and then the recruiter went completely silent for 10 days after I provided my intended start date. They then resurfaced, wanting me to start in under 10 days without a formal offer letter. My request to provide my notice period was denied. There was zero communication throughout this whole period. Companies that treat candidates this way, especially now, frankly deserve a lot of bad luck. I'd steer clear unless you have an inside connection.

I first talked to someone at a career fair. Then I got an invite for a 15 min chat with HR. About a week later, I was asked to do a 45 min interview with 3-4 product management employees.
