I had an in-person interview with a manager and HR. The interview seemed fair and they checked for skills needed for the specialty department. The questions were clear and I was given enough time to think before answering.
I had one interview with the unit manager. It was a STARs type behavioural question interview. The whole process took about three weeks. It's good to think about experiences you've had that can answer a lot of different questions. The unit manager was nice.
The STARS method is helpful for interview questions and is based on a points system. I have had many interviews and this method has been very useful. Make sure to research the department beforehand and have answers ready for common questions.
