It was a two-step process: first a phone screening, then an in-person interview. They assessed my typing skills and asked behavioral questions. They also checked my customer service knowledge. The interview was about 30 minutes because they were hiring a lot for their covid department at the time.
so far so good, the interviewer is nice and direct. I can communicate directly with the manager and Human Resource executive. The interview process is quick and easy, and I can get the result directly.
For this role, you'll need a Medical Terminology Certificate. The interview process includes tests on terminology and typing skills. They also ask ten behavior questions, split into five generic ones and five that require STAR method responses.
