Candidate-reported interview process

Got asked a lot of behavioral questions. It wasn't technical since it was for an internship. You should get ready for the interview and prepare to ask the interviewer questions about the job to open up more conversation.

The hiring manager emailed me to schedule the interview. I had a Teams interview with two interviewers, but they both kept their cameras off. There were five questions in total.

I had one interview round with the Hiring Manager and the Test Lead. It was mostly situation-based questions about my past work experience. They gave me plenty of time to answer. I got feedback at the end. They also asked for three references from my previous jobs that same day. They called all three references and asked enough questions to decide. A week later, they called to offer me the job, but it was conditional on passing a background and reference check, as they had only spoken to two people by then. They called the third reference the next day.
