The process was okay. Had a pre-screening with about 4 questions, and then got invited to the main interview with a manager and director. They didn't get back to me until I called to check the status. The interview was job-related, and one thing in my opinion was that they weren't so technically inclined.
First, they do a pre-screening interview for the position. This involves basic interview questions like why you would be a good fit for the role. Then, it's followed by a panel interview with other team members (haven't done this part yet). This might give them a better understanding of your competencies for the position.
There was a written test before the interview. Then, I had a behavioral interview with three interviewers. They were really nice and the whole thing felt professional and pleasant.
