I had a phone interview with a recruiter first. Then, there was a scheduled Teams meeting planned with the unit manager. However, the recruiter failed to send the unit manager the invitation, which caused it to be rescheduled. For the rescheduled Teams meeting, the unit manager was running late because they had to handle a situation on the unit. As a result, it ended up being a phone interview with the unit manager instead.
