Candidate-reported interview process

So for the interview, it's a panel with the shift lead, the department head, and maybe a chemist. They'll ask a bunch of questions about your experience and what kind of person you are. Afterwards, they'll show you around the lab and introduce you to the equipment.

It was a panel interview with four interviewers, and they asked more personal questions than technical ones. The whole vibe was pretty chill, and it lasted about 30-40 minutes, which included a quick look around the lab. It wasn't too tough.

No initial phone screening. The in-person interview was brief and conducted by two lab shift leaders. They asked basic questions about your previous work experience, education, and your motivations for wanting the job. Following the interview, a tour of the lab is usually provided. The interview likely focuses on personality compatibility, as the role involves working closely with colleagues and requires good team dynamics.
