It was a 4 week process. I applied on the college website and then got invited for an interview on campus. The interviewer was super nice and kept things casual. The interview lasted just under an hour. A couple weeks later, they called to let me know I got the Co-op position.
It was mostly behavioral questions, and they asked me some things about my resume and my past experiences. I got to ask them questions about the company at the end. It was a pretty good interview, not too hard.
I met up with a Mechanical Engineer from Albemarle who went to MSU for an on-campus, in-person interview. We chatted for about an hour about the company and the internship. He asked a mix of typical interview questions and some more detailed behavioral ones. We also had some time at the end for a casual Q&A about the company and the role.
