Candidate-reported interview process

I was given two problems to solve. One was about optimizing a plant, and the other was a mass balance calculation. It was timed, and I could use a calculator if I wanted.

I sent in my application online and then had an interview happen at my school. The whole thing took about two weeks. I heard back through the career site my school uses. It was a pretty fast process overall.

I was referred by a recruiter who is in HR, and I had my first interview with them. After that, I spoke with an engineer who has been working here for over 10 years.
