They had asked behavior questions and technical questions. They were pretty nice and answered all my questions. The wifi did cut out so I didn’t have much to say about the behavioral part, but overall the questions were pretty straight forward. Also asked about who I am.
The whole process took about 4 months. It started with an HR interview. Then, they set up two interviews with the manager. It took about a month to get from one stage to the next. Apparently, Albemarle found someone else who was a better fit for the role, so they ended up offering it to that other person.
I applied through my school's website and got a phone interview. It was a standard call where they asked what I was looking for, explained what they do, and went over my experience. About one to two weeks later, they invited me for an in-person interview at the plant. There, I met with different people one-on-one, and they all asked technical questions and talked about what to expect from the company. Everyone was professional, and I felt like they'd be good colleagues.
