Had an informal chat with some leaders. It was a panel interview and lasted a full day, which I felt was a pretty good amount of time to learn about the place. I got a lot of insight into the faculty, staff, and overall vibe. Got the offer the day after.
The interview process was suitable. I spoke with HR and the team, and also a former employee. They gave me a good overview of the service and what the job entails. I was given the resident manual to look over beforehand. I also got to visit the clinic and chat with someone who is currently working there.
The interview process was smooth and the head of the search committee was always prompt in their communications. I first went through a phone interiew and then was invited for an on-campus interview. The on-campus portion was a half-day interview. I got to meet with different campus partners as well as individually with Residence Life professional staff. I enjoyed the student-led tour around campus.
