It started with a phone screening with HR. If you meet the requirements, you'll advance to either a one-on-one interview or a panel interview, depending on the specific role. The department leaders handle the panel interviews, which are pretty standard. They asked typical interview questions, nothing too difficult.
I had two phone screens and then two in-person interviews. It was pretty fast, and I talked to about ten people in total. Mostly, they asked typical questions. It seemed like a good place with good people, but it just didn't work out.
The first interview was over the phone, and they couldn't really tell me much about the job description from Indeed. Then, when I went in for the interview, they asked me about my past jobs in college and how they were relevant to the job I'm applying for now. They also kept asking if I had any questions about the candy making process after every question. It really seemed like they weren't prepared for the interview or didn't know what they were looking for.
