The interview process often includes initial screenings, technical evaluations, coding exercises, behavioural assessments, and on-site or remote interviews, and may culminate in discussions with leadership to gauge alignment with company values and vision.
There were 5 rounds in the interview process. The first two rounds focused on coding and assessment, requiring a working code. They asked mid-level questions. Then there was a unique round for testing and debugging, assessing problem-solving abilities. This was followed by a system design round, and finally a managerial round.
First round was problem solving, the interviewer was nice and helpful, not focused on syntax but the core concepts. The second round was domain modelling/low level design, with two interviewers. One asked questions that were obvious from the problem statement, making it seem like they hadn't worked through it themselves.
