It was a great experience meeting different people and you get to know the team and learn from them. The interview process was pretty standard and yes there are about 4 interviews.
They requested to schedule an interview, but then canceled it 45 minutes beforehand on the same day because they had already hired someone for the position. It's frustrating to prepare for an interview that ultimately doesn't happen, especially when the company has already made a hire.
Applied for the role on March 26 and heard back on June 3. They mentioned they'd only use Zoom for the virtual interview as they weren't familiar with Microsoft Teams. Got rejected via email 24 hours after the phone interview. Honestly, I don't really care about the outcome.
