Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was straightforward and they were super informative about the position. They asked about my qualifications and told me all about what to expect with the job. They gave me an offer the very next day. They explained almost every aspect of the process.

My interviews were really good and included thorough explanations about what it's like to work at sea with commercial fishers. I always felt like I was needed and that the company would appreciate me being there.

It was a pretty straightforward hour-long phone chat. They mostly just walked through the job details, what kind of benefits come with it, and how much it pays. They definitely made sure to talk about the safety aspects and what it's like working on a fishing boat. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and friendly.
