Alaska USA Interview Questions

I applied online and was contacted the next day to set up a video interview. I met with the hiring manager and her manager. After the first interview, they took a few days before calling me to set up the next interview. Went to the office in person to meet the hiring manager, her manager, and the SVP of Marketing. They confirmed that they would like to offer me the job, but had to do a basic background/credit check (since this is a banking institution) before they would contact me with an offer. I waited about 1 1/2 weeks to get the final offer letter.

I applied and heard back within a week to set up an interview. It was a team interview with three people on Microsoft Teams. After a background check, I got the offer.

I had a phone screening and then an in-person interview at their Glendale, Az location. A few days later, they asked for a writing sample, an IT Risk Assessment, to gauge my writing style. I worked on the assessment for a couple of days and sent it back to the hiring manager. After that, there was no communication despite my follow-ups. Eventually, 9 months later, I got an automated rejection email.
