Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, I was invited to come in person. During the in-person interview, they showed me the office and the team. That was it.

El proceso fue bueno, la gente fue muy amable al hacer las preguntas, respetuosa y me hizo sentir cómodo.

I had a phone interview, then a 40-minute Teams interview with some team members, and finally an in-person interview. After those went well, they said I'd hear back within the week about an offer. But then I was ghosted. I followed up by email a week later and still haven't heard anything a month later. It's super unprofessional to have someone invest so much time interviewing and then get no response.
