They contacted me the day after the school career fair and set up an interview at the school. It was a face-to-face meeting where they wanted to learn more about me. They asked about projects that interested them or seemed relevant to the job. They also showed us some sample hardware to give us an idea of their work.
I applied online and the process took 4 weeks. The onsite part had 4 one-on-one interviews, 2 interviews where it was 2 people interviewing me, and one test. There was also a lunch interview. I was almost exhausted by the time the last one started.
The interview process started with a campus interview where we discussed my background and I solved a simple coding problem. The interviewers were friendly. Then, there was an onsite portion which consisted of 4 rounds plus a writing test. Only one round was a coding interview; the others focused on behavioral and system design questions. They seemed interested in understanding my thought process but didn't offer much feedback. One interviewer was particularly probing, asking tough questions.
