Candidate-reported interview process

So the standard interview process went like this: First there was a phone screening, then an initial interview, followed by a Hackerrank Test. After that, there were followup interviews, and in my case, there were two of them.

The recruiter seemed to be in a bit of a rush during the initial call. The coding questions were on the level of LeetCode mediums, challenging but doable.

Applied online and got a recruiter call within days. The recruiter was helpful and explained what Alarm.com does. Scheduled a call with a hiring manager a week later. Was supposed to have an on-site interview, but since the company doesn't sponsor, I wasn't called in for it.
