Candidate-reported interview process

I first connected with the company at a career fair, and they seemed really passionate about their work. I then had two interviews on campus, followed by a full day of on-site interviews in Vienna. The day included about seven 45-minute interviews, plus a lunch. The hiring manager kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The initial interviews were mostly behavioral, focusing on my background, my interest in Alarm.com, and my career preferences. There were also a couple of brainteaser questions. The later interviews, with higher-level employees, were more in-depth, assessing my fit for their teams. Everyone was very open about their own experiences and career paths at the company.

Had 3 video interviews with the hiring team and the current Strategic Technical Account Manager. Also had to prepare and deliver a 20-25 minute presentation on Alarm.com products using 10-15 PowerPoint slides.

The recruiter was really great and always answered my questions quickly. They even paid for my flight and hotel to come to their headquarters, which I thought went well. But then the recruiter (Brittney) ghosted me after I emailed her a bunch because I never heard back. Super unprofessional, so just be careful!
