Candidate-reported interview process

It was a standard process with predetermined questions. They didn't seem very interested in my background, even though I'd already touched upon some of their points in earlier answers.

The whole thing took a couple of weeks. It started with a phone screen, then a few rounds of interviews, and then they made an offer. I was set up directly with the controller and CFO.

Standard interview process. Spoke with a manager and a senior manager. Background check, credit check, etc., were performed. The office environment was not comfortable or conducive to group work. The managers provided no direction, training, or other guidance. I was left to fend for myself.
