The communication and follow-up were really slow, from setting up interviews to getting feedback. It felt like they might be understaffed or this is just their usual way of doing things, which isn't great and they really should update their whole recruitment process. I even got a call from the recruiter out of the blue, with no prior meeting or email, which seemed a bit unprofessional. It gives me the impression they're stuck in their old ways.
Two panels of interviewers conducted a thorough interview. The questions were fair and relevant, except for one random "wildcard" question designed to gauge reactions to unexpected situations. Case study and practical application questions appeared to be the most important.
The interview process felt interactive and fair. It was scheduled in a timely manner. The panel members were kind and engaging. They did a good job representing the health system and answered all my questions. They asked relevant questions of me.
