I went through a few tests, then had an interview, and then waited for months to see if I got the job. They also did a physical, background, and reference check. The whole thing took about 9 months because it's a cycle position.
I applied online and then got an interview offer about three weeks later. The interview itself was with a panel of three people at their main office in Oakland. They made me wait about 45 minutes past my scheduled time. The interview lasted around 40 minutes.
There were 8 people on the panel asking questions and 3 interview sessions. Everyone took turns asking multiple questions and presenting scenarios where they asked me what I would do in a specific situation. I liked the interview because it was challenging.
